Mr. Alkesh Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that as per the information given by the local counsel at Jaisalmer, the possession of the suit property has already been handed-over to the appellant.
Mr. Kuldeep Solanki, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, submits that despite efforts he is unable to contact the appellant.
In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of as the possession of the suit property has already been handed-over to the appellant.

However, it is made clear that in case, the possession of the suit property is not handed-over to the appellant, the appellant is at liberty to file appropriate application for revival of this civil second appeal.
