A perusal of previous order-sheet of this appeal goes to show that appellant has not pursued this second appeal after filing the same on 23.03.2018.
From the record it appears that dispute is in relation to nonpayment of part of sale consideration amounting Rs.9333/- plus registration charges of Rs.667/- in total Rs.10,000/- against the sale deed dated 17.04.1989 and appellant-plaintiff has claimed the due amount against his sons and daughter. For the alleged due amount of sale consideration under the sale deed dated 17.04.1989, the suit was instituted on 04.03.2013 it means after

expiry of near about 14 years. Both Courts have dismissed the suit being hopelessly barred by limitation.
It appears that with passage of time, appellant has lost his interest in pursuing the second appeal, after having failed before the two Courts below as such, the appeal is dismissed in aforesaid circumstances.
