This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, respectfully, prayed that this Hon‘ble Court may very graciously be accept and allow this criminal writ petition and further be pleased to transfer the petitioner from Central Jail, Alwar to open Air Camp Alwar.

Any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed in favor if the petitioner.“

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application filed by the petitioner for his transfer from Central Jail, Alwar to open Air Camp Alwar is pending before the concerned authorities. Counsel further submits that concerned authorities may be directed to decide his application expeditiously.

In view of the limited prayer, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the application of the petitioner be decided within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.
