No.039/2021 lodged at Police Station Udaimandir, Jodhpur City East, District Jodhpur for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC.

At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is complete and the final report/closure report has been chalked out and is ready to be filed before the competent

court.

Learned counsel for the complainant, however, submits that certain FSL reports were required to be sent afresh so that they could be compared and a thorough investigation could come to a conclusive end.

Learned Public Prosecutor assures the Court that in case a fresh representation is made by the complainant then the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law.

In light of such submissions, the present petitions are disposed of while directing that before filing a final report before the competent Court, the representation of the complainant shall be considered, which he shall be required to file within a period of three days from today, strictly in accordance with law.

The factual report produced by learned Public Prosecutor is taken on record.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
