Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present criminal misc. petition with liberty to file representation before the Superintendent of Police concerned raising all the grounds taken in this petition.
Hence, the criminal misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move a representation to the Superintendent of Police concerned within a period of 15 days from today averring therein all those grounds which are raised in this petition. In the event, such representation is filed, the concerned Superintendent of Police shall objectively consider the
