This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for quashing for FIR No.29/2015 registered at Police Station Padu Kalan, District Nagaur for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC.
At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that based on FSL report prima facie the offence has been found to be made out against the present petitioner, which is reflected from the factual report furnished by learned Public Prosecutor.
The factual report is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and the FIR is of the year 2015.
In light of such submission, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take up all her legal issues before the learned trial court at appropriate stage. Further, the

petitioner shall also be at liberty to file the bail bonds before the learned trial court at the time of filing of charge-sheet. However, in case, the petitioner fails to extend the necessary cooperation, the trial court shall be free to proceed strictly in accordance with law.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
