By way of the present petitions under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, the petitioners have challenged the F.I.R. No. 155/2020 registered at P.S.Banar, District Jodhpur on the ground that the same has been lodged vindictively.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, seek permission to withdraw the present petitions with a liberty to put forth their defence by way of representation along with documentary and other evidence before the Investigating Officer.

In case such evidence is produced, the Investigating Officer shall consider the same, in accordance with law.

The present petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.

The stay application(s) also stands disposed of accordingly.
