On the basis of the factual report dated 23.03.2022, learned Public Prosecutor informs that offence punishable under Sections 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code has been made out against the accused petitioner No.1 Chirag Khubchandani and other petitioners have been exonerated accordingly a chargesheet has been proposed.

The factual report is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to continue with the present petition.

The instant criminal miscellaneous petition so also stay petition stands disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner, Chirag Khubchandani, shall be at liberty to take appropriate remedy including putting forth his defence at the time of framing charges.
