- By way of the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, the petitioner has challenged the F.I.R. No.445/2014, registered at P.S. CPS ACB Jaipur, District ACB Jaipur on the ground that the same has been lodged vindictively.
- After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to put forth his defence by way of representation along with documentary and other evidence before the Investigating Officer.
