Thus, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development in the matter, the petition has become infructuous and seeks liberty to file protest petition before the Court concerned, if required in the matter.
Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with liberty as prayed for.
