Learned counsel for the petitioner neither appeared physically nor connected through video conferencing, even in second round and the petition has been pending since 2021.
Learned Public Prosecutor has produced copy of the factual report dated 18.07.2022 before this Court for perusal, which is taken on record.
As per the factual report, after investigation, in FIR No.47/2021 registered at Police Station Kamkheda, District Jhalawar, a negative final report has been submitted.
Hence, the present criminal misc. petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
