As per the said report, in FIR No.50/2020 registered at Police Station Railway Colony, Kota City after investigation chargesheet has been filed against the petitioner Sachin Gochar and Rinku @ Rajesh for the offences under Sections 420, 406 & 120-B of IPC on 23.09.2021 before learned Additional CJM No.1, Kota and the case is pending at the stage of charge-argument before learned trial Court.
In view of above, the petition has become infructuous.
