This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for quashing of FIR No.0139/2020 registered at Police Station Chotisadari, District Pratapgarh for the offences under Sections 143, 447, 427, 323 of IPC and Section 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the prima-facie the offence has been found to be made out against the petitioners.

Further, the petitioners shall also have a liberty to take up all their issues before the learned trial Court at appropriate stage.
