This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for quashing of FIR No.56/2022 registered at Police Station Tibbi, District Hanumangarh for the offences punishable

under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and Sections 3(2), 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1-Chotu Ram had voluntarily married the complainant and the complainant was present in the Court.
On perusal of the case diary, this Court finds that the prosecutrix has levelled allegations against both the petitioners, particularly, petitioner No.2-Kalu Ram that he not only sexually abused her, but also took money in lieu of getting her married to petitioner No.1-Chotu Ram.
In view of the above, no interference is called for in the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. All pending applications stand disposed of.
