Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the warrant of arrest, which was issued to the petitioner at Banglore, was served upon petitioner’s brother and, therefore, the petitioner could not present himself before the trial Court on the date of hearing due to which, the trial Court has issued arrest warrant to the petitioner for securing his presence on the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would appear before the trial Court, as directed by this Court.

Considering the submissions made, the present petition is allowed.

The arrest warrant, issued to the petitioner, are hereby converted to bailable warrant.

The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on or before 05.04.2022 and furnish bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The trial Court shall thereafter proceed in accordance with
