Instant petition has been filed by the complainant-petitioner for expeditious trial of the criminal complaint pending before the Court of Special Judicial Magistrate (NI Act Cases) No.3, Kota. Counsel submits that the complaint filed by the petitioner is pending before the trial Court for adjudication since the year 2018 and the trial is proceeding like a snail’s pace, so, appropriate directions be issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial of the matter.
The grievance raised by the learned counsel for the complainant appears to be genuine.
