The present bail applications have been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 177/2022 registered at Police Station Thana Nogava, District Alwar for the offence(s) under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 354 and 377 IPC.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicants submits that accused-applicants are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the complainant. Marriage of the complainant was solemnized on 26.02.2016. Vide interim order dated 14.06.2022, this court directed the accused-applicants to join the investigation and on the said condition, arrest was stayed. It is further submitted that

accused-applicants have joined the investigation, as directed by this Court.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail applications but has not refuted the fact that accused-applicants joined the investigation. 4. Considering the contentions put-forth by the counsel for the parties and considering the fact that it is a dispute registered under Section 498-A, 406 of IPC, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court deems it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail applications.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail applications are allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Thana Nogava, District Alwar in F.I.R. No. 177/2022 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicants 1.Jaspreet Singh S/o Sh.

Tarvinder Singh, and 2. Taranpreet Kaur D/o Surendra Singh W/o Jaspreet Singh, they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:-

(i) that the petitioners shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
