After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not want to press this criminal misc. bail application, however, prayed that since the petitioner is in custody from last four years, the trial court may be directed to expedite the trial.
Accordingly, this criminal misc bail application preferred by the petitioner is dismissed as not pressed.
Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is in custody from last four years, it is expected that the trial court shall expedite the trial.
