The present bail application (bail jump) has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 350/1991 registered at Police Station Surajpol, District Udaipur for the offences under Sections 205, 419, 466, 468, 471 & 120-B of I.P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case as also period of 23 years abscondance of the petitioner, this Court does not deem it fit to grant concession of bail to the petitioner at present.
Dismissed accordingly.
However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
