At the outset, learned counsels for the petitioners seek permission for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to renew the prayer after the statement of the Seizing Officer is recorded in the trial.
The permission sought for is granted.
Accordingly, these bail applications are dismissed as
withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
The learned Trial Court shall make sincere endeavour to record the statement of Seizing Officer as its first witness.
