In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, as per guidelines, lawyers have been advised to refrain from coming to the Courts, therefore, hearing of the matter is being taken up only through video conferencing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the present bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail has been rendered infructuous as all the petitioner has been arrested.
Accordingly, the present bail application moved on behalf of the petitioner - Bhupendra @ Bhupsa S/o Sh. Om Singh, under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as having become infructuous.
