the present petitioners; that as per the FIR, Krishna Singh, i.e., son of the uncle of the complainant, informed the petitioner - Prabhu Singh that Seema Kanwar was in the field and she was beaten by the deceased Mahaveer Singh; that upon that information, since the petitioner Prabhu Singh having a swift-car, along with Bhawani Singh and Krishna Singh went to the field and brought the deceased Mahaveer Singh at his home; that it was informed by the deceased Mahaveer Singh to Vikram Singh that he was beaten by Krishna Singh and his wife Seema Kanwar; that it was informed by Vikram Singh that Mahaveer Singh was died due to the injuries caused by Krishna Singh and Seema Kanwar. It is further stated that as per the statements of Vijendra Singh (available at page number 77 of the charge-sheet) and Sarla (available at page number 82), the accused-petitioners dropped the deceased Mahaveer Singh at his home and they went away. It is also stated that as per the statement of Gopal Kanwar (available at page number 78), she was informed by her daughter about the incident, therefore, she was not an eye-witness to the incident; that the charge-sheet has been filed; that the accused-petitioners are in custody since 11.11.2021; and that the trial will take time, therefore, benefit of bail may be granted to the accusedpetitioners.
