Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court on or before 10.06.2022 and moves regular bail application.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
In the event, the petitioner surrenders himself and moves a regular bail application before the learned Trial Court, the learned Trial Court is directed to hear and decide the same on the very same day strictly in accordance with law.
Till then, petitioner shall not be arrested.
