The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.95/2020 Police Station Sujangarh, District Churu, for the offence punishable under Sections 457 & 380 of IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The accused-petitioner is in judicial custody and the trial of the case will take sufficient long time to be concluded. Therefore, the benefit of bail should be granted to the accused-petitioner.
Per contra Learned Additional Advocate General opposed the bail application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the material available on record.
