After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he does not want to press the present bail application at this stage but seeks liberty for the accused-petitioner to file fresh bail application after recording of the statement of relevant witnesses in regard to recovery.
Accordingly and in view of the submissions made hereinabove, the instant bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the accused-petitioner, Sata Ram S/o Raju Ram Jat, is dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty as prayed for.
