An application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for extension of interim for a period of thirty days has been filed by the counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the interim bail was granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 14.11.2022 on the ground of look-after his wife and newly born daughter. Counsel submits that after availing the interim bail, the petitioner was surrender before the concerned Jail and now the condition of his wife and newly born baby was not good, therefore, the period of interim bail may kindly be extended.
Per contra learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the application filed by the petitioner.
I have considered the arguments advanced before me and carefully gone through the material available on record. The

condition of the wife and newly born baby is good, therefore, no case for extension of interim bail is made out.
Hence, the present application filed by the petitioner for extension of time period of interim bail is hereby dismissed.
