Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the bail application at this stage, however, he seeks liberty to file a fresh bail application after recording the statement of Gurtej Singh.
Hence, the criminal misc. bail application preferred on behalf of applicant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty, as prayed for.
