Submission of learned counsel appearing for the applicantrespondent Nos.3 to 5 is that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 13.07.2018 had disposed of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with the direction to the Station House Officer, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur to ensure necessary vigil that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioner. In the present case, the divorce petition filed by the petitioner against the wishes of the family members, has already been dismissed by the learned Court below. The petitioner had lodged number of F.I.Rs. and complaints against the applicant-respondent Nos.3 to 5, without any cause and the Police, on the pretext of the aforesaid order has been harassing the applicants. Lastly, it is prayed that the present application be allowed, the order dated 13.07.2018 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court be recalled and the Police authority be directed not to harass the applicant-respondent Nos.3 to 5, in pursuance of the aforesaid order.
