The matter comes up on an application filed on behalf of the learned counsel for the complainant averring therein that a protest against the bail of the petitioner was made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant while hearing of the bail plea but the presence of learned counsel has not been marked in the Order dated 05.05.2022 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 5900/2022; Rajaram v. State of Rajasthan. Thus, he prays for mentioning of name of Mr. Nishant Motsara, learned counsel for the complainant in the said Order.
It seems that due to inadvertence, name of Mr. Nishant Motsara, learned counsel for the complainant could not have been mentioned in the said Order dated 05.05.2022. Therefore, for the reasons stated and grounds mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
