Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor at some length.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the accused-petitioner stated that he does not want to press the present bail application at this stage.

Accordingly and in view of the submissions made hereinabove, the instant bail application moved under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the accused-petitioner, Gaurav S/o Bhanwar Lal , is dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
