For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the same is allowed subject to cost of ₹5,000/-.
The orders dated 02.11.2017 passed by this Court & dated 20.04.2018 passed by Deputy Registrar (Judl.) are recalled. The SB Civil Second Appeal No.597/2017 shall stand restored to its original number provided the defects in it are cured and the aforesaid cost is deposited by the applicants/appellants with the Litigants Welfare Fund within a period of two weeks from today failing which this order shall stand recalled and the restoration application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
