Shri Dutt, learned counsel representing the Department submits that the State Government, Commercial Taxes Department has issued an order/circular dated 14.10.2022 taking a decision to withdraw/not contest litigation where amount involved is less than Rs. 15 lacs. He thus, craves liberty to withdraw the instant revision. Hence, the same is disposed of as withdrawn.
