Since, nobody was appearing on behalf of the appellants, this Court vide order dated 13.12.2017 issued notices to the appellants.
Vide office report dated 11.08.2018, it is clear that notices upon sole appellant received duly served.
On 11.09.2019 nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant thereafter on 13.03.2022 also nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant even in the second round.
It appears that appellants do not want to prosecute the present appeal.
The present appeal is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
