Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present misc. appeal has been preferred by the appellant-Insurance Company against the order dated 20.05.2019 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sri Ganganagar in claim case No.18/2018 whereby the learned Tribunal has allowed the application under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
Learned counsel for appellant submits that the learned Tribunal has already decided the claim petition itself and the appeal against the order deciding the claim petition has already been preferred before this Court.
In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of as having become infructuous.
