Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. He further prays that a certificate may be issued authorizing the appellant to receive back full amount of Court fees paid by him in respect of this appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Further, the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is directed to issue a certificate authorizing the appellant to receive back full amount of court fee deposited by him in this appeal from the Collector (Stamps).
