At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the interim order dated 08.07.2022, of which contempt was alleged, the petitioner has been allowed to rejoin his duties, therefore this contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.
The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infrucutuous.
