Instant contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 04.12.2018 passed by this Court by which a direction was issued to the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioners.

Counsel for the respondents submit that the representation of the petitioners has already been decided by the Authorities on 20.09.2022. Hence this contempt petition has become infructuous.

Counsel for the petitioners seeks substantial compliance of the order dated 04.12.2018 passed by this Court has not been done by the respondents.

This Court finds that the representation of the petitioners has already been decided on 20.09.2022. If the petitioners feel aggrieved by the order dated 20.09.2022, they would be at liberty to assail the same before appropriate forum of law.

Contempt petition stands dismissed.
