At the very outset, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents-conternnors submitsthat pursuant to the order dated 24.08.2021 passed by this Court, special pension alongwith interest accrued thereon has been sanctioned to the petitioner vide order dated 18.08.2022 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Tonk District, Tonk.
In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the contempt petition.
