This review petition has been filed by the petitioner qua the order dated 04.12.2017 passed in SBCW No. 5026/2015, wherein the writ petition filed by the petitioner therein was allowed and the order of suspension dated 10.03.2015 (Annex.-8) was quashed and set aside with all consequential benefits to the petitioner therein.
Learned counsel made submissions that though the State is not aggrieved by quashing of the order dated 10.03.2015, the order granting consequential benefits is not justified in the circumstances of the case, which calls for review.

The submission made essentially pertains to the validity of grant of consequential benefits by this Court while deciding the writ petition, which cannot possibly be made the subject matter of the review petition as the same cannot be termed as error apparent on the face of record.
In view thereof, no case for review is made out, the review petition is dismissed.
