No case for review is made out as this Court finds that Subhan is neither a party before the Labour Court nor a party before this Court. The document which has been placed in the case of Subhan cannot be looked into in writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
In view thereof, the review petition is accordingly dismissed.
