This restoration application has been filed for restoration of D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2223/2021, which stands dismissed in terms of peremptory order dated 09.02.2021 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that on account of inadvertent error on her part, defects could not be removed within the stipulated time.
It is submitted that all the defects pointed out in the writ petition have already been removed.
In this view of the matter, in the interest of justice, the restoration application is allowed. The writ petition is restored to its original number.
