The defects pointed out by the office are overruled.
An application has been filed by the appellant for correction in the order dated 14.03.2019 passed by this Court with the submissions that in the interim order granted by the Court, date of Annexure P/2 has been wrongly indicated as 09.02.2019, whereas, it must be dated 13.02.2019.
In view of the submissions made, the application is allowed. The order dated 14.03.2019 is modified to the extent that the date of Annexure P/2 indicated therein shall be read as ‘13.02.2019’.
