The present misc. application has been preferred by the applicants/non-petitioners seeking correction in the order dated 26.11.2021 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3632/2018.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. It is made clear that in paragrah No.9 of the writ petition, the word “Cabinet” shall be substituted by word “Competent Authority” for the purpose of reading the judgment.
