Heard on the application for extension of time for deciding the second appeal by the Appellate Authority.
On 23.11.2020 this court passed the following order:-

“Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the second appeal under Rule 24(2)(b) of the RIICO Disposal of Land Rules, 1979 before the Appellate Authority and further submits that the Appellate Authority be directed to decide the appeal expeditiously.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection to the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the second appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date certified copy of this order is presented before it.”
Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submitted that one month’s time be further granted to decide the second appeal by the Appellate Authority.
In the facts and circumstances of the present case, the time granted by this court vide order dated 23.11.2020 to decide the pending second appeal is further extended for a period of one month from today.
Hence, the application stands disposed of.
