The matters come upon applications filed by the petitioner inter alia with the submissions that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the revision petitions with liberty to avail benefit of Amnesty Scheme, 2021 issued by Government of Rajasthan vide its notification dated 24.2.2021. Further submissions have been made that the petitioner may be granted

further liberty to revive the present revision petitions, in case, the applications made by the petitioner for availing the Amnesty Scheme, 2021 are rejected.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

In view of the submissions made, the applications are allowed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the revision petitions with liberty to avail benefit of Amnesty Scheme, 2021 and with further liberty to revive the present revision petitions, in case, the applications made by the petitioner for availing the Amnesty Scheme, 2021 are rejected.
