Learned counsel for the parties submit that during the pendency of the present appeal, the respondent - Rajasthan University of Health Sciences has passed an order dated 17/06/2021, whereby they agreed that the result of the MDS Examination of the appellant shall be declared and will subject to the outcome of the writ petition pending before this Court.
In view of the order passed by the University on 17/06/2021,
nothing survives in the present appeal.
Dismissed accordingly.
