Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

Learned counsel for the appellants, after advancing arguments for some time, sought liberty to withdraw the appeals with the submission that liberty may be granted to them, if their representations are rejected, to approach the High Court. They have brought to our notice the direction issued by the learned Single Judge that in such an event the parties shall approach the Tribunal. They assert that this is the condition in the advertisement and hence they ought to be permitted to come back to the High Court, in case grievance remains.

We permit them to withdraw the present appeals and we leave it open to the learned Single Judge, if any challenge is
