Admitted position is that the appellant has not challenged the recruitment rules for the post of Lab Technician for which he had applied and was held ineligible. The learned Single Judge in the impugned judgment has come to the conclusion, and in our opinion correctly, that the qualification laid down in the schedule for the direct recruitment to the post in question was amended vide notification dated 30.08.2013 and the appellant did not fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down under the said amendment.

That being the position, we find no merit in the appeal. This appeal is dismissed.
