Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they have made several representations to different authorities but no concrete decision has been taken so far. Therefore, the Principal Secretary (Revenue) may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and to pass appropriate decision in a time bound manner.

In view of the limited prayer made, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file comprehensive representation before the Principal Secretary (Revenue) to the State of Rajasthan, who shall consider the same and take appropriate decision thereupon preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the representation alongwith copy of this order.
