Ashutosh Bhardwaj Vs Principal Secretary and Anr.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner submits that while deciding the appeal no.291/2018, learned tribunal has directed the respondents to decide the case of the petitioner with regard to entitlement of salary for the period from 25.01.2018 to 26.04.2018, but the same has not been decided by the respondents till date.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the petitioner has not submitted any application to the respondents in compliance of the order of learned tribunal.

I dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit an application to the respondent department with regard to the directions issued by the learned tribunal vide order dated 25.04.2018 passed in appeal no.291/2018 and in the event of

application being filed by the petitioner, it is expected from the respondent to decide the same by a speaking order within two months thereafter.
